RETURN AND EXCHANGE

It has never been simpler to exchange your 5-Elements! We now offer Free returns and exchanges. We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of every product of 5-Elements. If for some, you are unsure of the size or we’ve missed a spot and you’d like to exchange them for another one then please notify us on 5-elements.co.in. We have a super simple exchange process in the form of replacement.

We do not entertain refunds & exchanges on International orders.

We must receive the product within 7 days from the date it was shipped to you.

Please Note- During festivals, adverse weather conditions or political crisis, your shipment could get further delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time or else will be notified.

PS - Please mention the size and style you want in exchange for your current pair in the customer note when raising your exchange request. Print and place the confirmation email in the parcel when sending it back with our logistics partners.

As a company policy we do not provide refund/cancellation on any product sold. Once the product are sold they can be exchanged for replacement or a credit note

We provide free delivery for our products.

The dispatch time is 24-48 hrs.

Delivery time ranges between 3-7 days after dispatch depending on where you are located. This time frame might be affected due to public holidays, natural calamaties & other unavoidable circumstances.

While we shall try to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

For International Orders.

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout depending on your geographic location.
